Government
Groffenord is a presidential republic with a unicameral legislature. The head of state and executive branch is the Chancellor and his/her/their duties are to enforce the law, account for emergency funding for regions in crisis and securing treaties with other nations for the senate to ratify.
Parliament
Parliament is the legislative branch that has representatives proportional to the population of a region. It's duties is to organize organize elections, draft laws, select a incumbent chancellor in case the chancellor is not capable of their role due to poor health or indictment and settling inter regional disputes via a vote. Parliament has six political parties within it's chambers but they mainly vote as two blocs.
The Chancellery
The Chancellery is lead by the Chancellor and the Secretary General when the Chancellor can no longer perform their duties. It is also the final branch of government for laws to pass. Laws require the signatures of both the Chancellor and the Secretary General and if both cannot agree to do so, then it goes to vote among the secretaries and they would vote whether the laws passes or not. However this rarely happens. The Chancellor's duties are to enforce the law, account for emergency funding for regions in crisis and securing treaties with other nations for the senate to ratify. The Chancellery is responsible for immediate international diplomacy,accounting for taxes, initiating a census every two years and to carry out military action approved by the parliament
Economy
Groffenord is a developed economy with it's main exports primarily being Coal,Iron,Lumber,Cerium,Lithium. With a strong emphasis on industry and service,Groffenord has a strong domestic economy and is strengthening foreign trade with it's neighbors and friends abroad!
Imports and Exports
All exports combined make up 60% of the economy. Coal is 20%,Iron 15%,Lumber 15% and Cerium 10% Groffenord mainly imports tropical fruits,sugar,coffee and various rare earth minerals that cannot be found locally and of course miscellaneous domestic product from our allies and nations Groffenord has good diplomatic standing with.

Culture
Groffenordic Culture for the most part has been defined and molded by it's continental climate. All cuisine and customs in Groffenord has adapted to the flora and fauna of it's adherents. There are three distinct major cultural groups in Groffenord,the Suomi to the west,the Svensk in the center and the Estniska mostly to the east.
Suomi
The Suomi are a traditionally nomadic people who have grown to have a strong military and Naval tradition and a reputation of being hard nosed and efficient workers. Creativity seemingly takes a backseat in Suomi but actually mainly takes the form of everyday mundane works and problem solves. This is a culture where making a statement holds little value as it is deemed "a waste of time and resources"
Svensk
The Svensk are the cultural and industrial powerhouse of Groffenord with heavy emphasis of education and spirituality. The first signs of agriculture in what would be known as Groffenord have Svensk runes all over them. People from other cultures call them "the gardeners of Groffenord" or more pejoratively "bread boys" but despite this green thumb of a reputation, The Svensk are fierce warriors and industrialists as well even rumored to be the reason why The Forest People ceased their attacks on early Groffenordic tribes. The Svensk culture also has a heavy emphasis on the arts and most actors/ actresses come from this culture in Groffenord
