Kersevonia (Kerzevonese:"Kerzevonua";Italian: "Chersevonia"; Illyrian Iberic: Çersevonya) is a CCPR (Confederal Capitalistic Parliamentary Republic). It's located in Southern Ecros bordering New Illyricum, Tyrandor and both the Adaluzian sea and the Romayan sea. It's biggest city is Khaenri'ah, which is the capital, and Kersevonia's population is around 17 million as of 2020.

History

The Akrab tribe, that lived in the zone of odiern New Illyricum, established in the zones of Kersevonia. In 972 BC the Akrab tribe went through a, archaic, civil war. In only that war about 1-2 million people died. In 900 BC the Akrab tribe dissolved where most people emigrated to the Old Kingdom of Illyricum. In 297 BC an unknown tribe established the Adaluzian Kingdom of Khaenri'ah. King Jiulius of Akrab II, king of the remnants of the Akrab tribe, decided to declare war to the Adaluzian Kingdom of Khaenri'ah in 273 BC, where he won the next year. The Akrabian Kingdom of Kersevonia was born in 271 BC. A civil war broke out in 97 BC called The Great Red. It's goal was to "punish" and "purge" the Kingdom, specifically purge the high ranks. The war continued for over 10 years and people died both from the war both for starving. Near the end of the civil war The Great Red was able to kill 10 high functionaries. From the start of the war it was able to kill, in total, 5 to 12 million people (before the war, the population count was around 20 million). Finally, in 82 BC, with the help of the Old Kingdom of Illyricum, the Akrabian Kingdom of Kersevonia was able to defeat The Great Red, establishing the era that Kersevonia knows as La grand devisión (also known as The Great Divide). In this period the Akrabian Kingdom suffered the separation of multiple states. It's military strength, it's economy, it's political power was fragmented in over 5 states, each one of the called (by the central government) treidurs which translates to Traitors of the Federation. In 279 AD this era ended with the unification of Andya and Romayan Kingdom forming the Andayan Republic. They were the strongest between the other states, even if they knew this they didn't even try to conquer other nations, as stated in their constitution "Andaya must not conquer other nations as it is considered a form of offense against another nation". In 281 AD a civil war broke out in Adaya because of separists. Andaya suppressed the rebellion even if it's a Liberal nation it wants to stay united even under extreme circumstances. In 300,finally, every state (Adayan Republic, Khaenri'ah Terrore, Akrabian Republic of Kerzs and Romayans, Sver and Akrabia) united under one flag: the Kersevonian flag. In the first years (300-313) the 5 nations hardly ever reached an agreement. In 314, after the Akro-Kerservonio Reform, the whole government was reformed and more organised. In 472, after a internal conflict, the nation broke again. This period is known as The Dark Age, in this period the whole of Kersevonia suffered the pains of multiple plagues, multiple wars between the nations and multiple famines. This period lasted till 1193. In 847 the New Kingdom of Illyricum declared war to Sver and Khaenri'ah Terrore. The Illyrian forces were able to take their capital in few weeks. Sver tried to rebel against this new regime but it was unsuccessful. Khaenri'ah Terrore instead tried to sabotage the Illyrian forces. 1194 the 6 nations united again. In 1200 started the "political reform period" of Kersevonia. Multiple PMs such as Pô, Dèvì, Tŷr, Qübekscìr and Kraterna made reforms regarding Economy, Government, Security and most important Ideology. Pô supported and wanted to make a Socialist Kersevonia, like Qübekscìr. Dèvì wanted to make an authoritarian Kersevonia. Tŷr and Kraterna wanted to make a Capitalistic Kersevonia. At the end of their life, Tŷr and Kraterna "won" this "race" even if Pô's reforms were still in force. In 1750 Kersevonia officially adopted Capitalism as an ideology. This had a repercussion in 1912 where a Socialistic rebellion started. In 1917 the rebellion finished and Kersevonia officially became Socialist. In 1920 the Socialistke Reblupik d' Kersevonia joined the Commintern This period lasted around 60 years when in 1972 the Socialist Government fell and a new Capitalist Government was made. Since 1973 Kersevonia had an huge economy growth, though it hasn't been able to have a bigger population due to the multiple famines, plagues and wars.

Socialistke Reblupik d' Kersevonia

in 1912 where a Socialistic rebellion started. In 1917 the rebellion finished and Kersevonia officially became Socialist. In 1920 the Socialistke Reblupik d' Kersevonia joined the Commintern This period lasted around 60 years when in 1972 the Socialist Government fell and a new Capitalist Government was made.

Political History

Kersevonia's political History starts around 1200 with the birth of judges Pô, Dèvì, Tŷr, Qübekscìr and Kraterna. These judges were able to make Kersevonia get past The Dark Age. Everyone contributed, even if with different ideologies, to the well-being of Kersevonia as a whole. Pô and Qübekscìr made principally Socialist reforms, Dèvì, instead, made Authoritarian reforms. Tŷr and Kraterna worked togheter to make their, Capitalistic, reforms. In 1247 every judge died to the Kerza Makfia. Tŷr and Kraterna remained togheter in their last moments, before getting shot in the head by two unknown individuals. Dèvì died to a primitive grenade, it is said that his last words were "I'm sorry Kersevonia, I failed you". Qübekscìr instead got tortured to death by some unknown individuals, probably from the Kerza Makfia. Pô died to an heart disease that yet we don't know the cause. People erected the Adaluzo-Romay-Kerzo Solidarity Monument in memory of the only judges to have fought against the Mafia and worked to make Kersevonia a better place. It is said that on the monument there is inscripted the words "A man will die, but not his ideas". Even if the political reform period of Kersevonia finished in 1250 multiple judges, after that year, continued the judges' work like Kraterna's son Anetar. The latest scandal happened in 2024. Administration

Kersevonia is a Confederation. It is made up of multiple states called: Adayan Republic, Khaenri'ah Terrore, Akrabian Republic of Kerzs and Romayans, Sver and Akrabia. Every state must elect via it's jury, with a democratic system, a President which then represents the whole state in the Parliament. Each President can ask proposals and vote. Every state actually represents a party. There are no limitations to the party's ideology as long, when elected, it doesn't exceed the National ideology (which is Capitalism).

State Administration

Every state has actually their own administration, infact, every state is divided in multiple districts (which are under the state's control). Each district has their laws and own "government". Every district has their president which is voted via democratic election with no intermediary between people and the elected. The district's president has the legislative power infact the presidents of a district can make laws without the district's people consent (if the people is really against that specific law it must be taken back). The district has to give to the central government some data about the district, like how laws are respected and if they are respected, or HDI/GDP of that district. Every district must be equal to the others so the nation can advance all at once. If there's ever any corruption in the district the Kerz Ant-Corųpt ê èğuallia Orga must intervene and detain the suspects until truth comes out.

Ideology

Kersevonia has a Capitalist ideology, even though with elections this Capitalistic Ideology can have some "nuances". In Kersevonia Capitalism can actually have some Socialist or Liberal parts. Even if the elect is a Socialist president he/she can't violate the Krezia Constitution and the National Ideology.

International Relations

Kersevonia is a friendly country and has positive relations with most of Terraconserva. It's partner is New Illyricum with which it maintains good relations. Kersevonia has also good relations with most of Ecros and has some external relations with Ostlanded too.

Economy

Kersevonia's economy is mostly based on the industry and rural activity. Kersevonia's industry is highly developed and makes ~70% of all the nation need. About rural activity Kersevonia is pretty developed in there too. It produces around 45.9% of all the fruits, vegetable and meat of the nation. About the economy's history in 1917, with the change of ideology to Socialism, the economy was really bad, farmers were dying of starvation since they had to give all the fruits and meat to the state. Only a few were able to stay alive by secretly keeping some food. This is just some of the war crimes the Socialistke Reblupik d' Kersevonia did to the economy. The Socialists purposely made the economy die out.

Econonomy Sectors

Kersevonia's is specialised in the second sector: the industry/construction sector. It is known for it's spectacular buildings in Khaenri'ah. The industry is mostly focused on the creation of consumer goods but it focuses on military too.

National Resources

Kersevonia has been always a disputed region because of it's richness in Gold, Iron, Diamonds (not present in the whole of Kersevonia) and Mountains (which grants a defense bonus against invaders too). Currently Kersevonia has a big stockpile of Gold and Iron while it sells ~40% of all diamonds. The rest of the diamonds go into the Jewerly Industry.

International Commerce

Kersevonia rarely ever declared embargo for everyone as it bases around Commerce. Currently, it trades with every nation in Terraconserva and has a trade partnership with New Illyricum. Kersevonia also traded with some of the tribes that live in Kersevonia.

E-Commerce

Kersevonia's economy is also boosted by E-Commerce and E-Shops. The most famous E-Shop is Akrazon which grants the economy around 3.9% of the GDP. Even though the Internet Economy is pretty much used in the whole of Kersevonia it is not one of the most important parts of it's Economy.

Akrazon

Akrazon is a Company founded in 1998, by Grêgrìa D'Bendtò, with the goal of bringing more money into the economy. As it received funds both from the government both from other companies it grew larger and larger before becoming the number 1 E-Shop in Kersevonia and New Illyricum. It sells a bunch of everything, from accessories for your house to replicas of modern guns. It brings into the economy around 200.000 Mora each week and brings a total of 10.400.000 Mora each year.

Security

Kersevonia has a really low rate of criminality (only around 9.2% as of 2020) which grants it's people a safer place to live, no matter where you live. There are still areas such as the Akraeba Cràimè Area where criminality rates are still pretty high (such as 47.3% as of 2023). There are other zones in Kersevonia where criminality rates are actually really low or criminality there has been eliminated.

Well-being of the People

People in Kersevonia have a really good life there. The prices are not high due to inflation being extremely low and quality of the food being high. Prices of Hospital Bills or any other public service bill is free (excluding private companies such as restaurant's ones) Prices of the rent and criminality rate are really low and the technology level is pretty high.

Health

People don't pay for their hospital time and bills but they actually a bit more in their taxes (around 2% interest). The public Healthcare has short periods of time before getting admitted into the hospital and treats everyone equally (excluding serious injuries such as car accidents or cancer).

Food

Kersevonia is full of prelibaties, each region has around 3 or more special/national foods. For example, the Akrabian Republic of Kerzs and Romayans has, for national foods, the Akrabian Chicken and the Kerzevuanian Ikradk. About their prices, they have been lowering each year by around 12-20% but this year the prices lowered only by a 2-5%. The quality has becoming more and more high by each year, currently, in the Trashovick's Scale Kersevonian food stands at a glorious 12.2.

Residency

Kersevonia is one of the best places to a home in. It has a beautiful beach too. Prices aren't high, for a standard home the price is only around 10.000-20.000 Mora- Each home in Kersevonia comes with full furniture (such as a TV, a Table, some Chairs, a Fridge, 2 Bathrooms each of them with full furniture too). Kersevonian houses can also be rented for even less money (100/400 Mora a night). Some hotels are even cheaper than that but most of those aren't equipped with most of the basic equipment.
