Grassenoir panhandle, (Quebecshirite: Panhandle de Grassenoir; Arabic: شريط ضيق من خشب الجراسينوار), oftentimes called the Quebenoir, is the eastern most region and portion in the province of Grassenoir and Majocco. It connects Majocco with Quebecshire while it wraps around the northern border of Montesayette. Most of the panhandle is Nationally protected areas, much of which contains the Aguelmame National Forest, Majocco's largest national forest. The region is noted for its scenery and mild, rainy climate. The only city in the region is Gredes, with a population of just above 75,000, it is also the easternmost city in Majocco.

The climate of Grassenoir panhandle is dominated by hot-summer climate ([[Brauner Climate Classification|Csa and Csb) in the far east, reaching an upwards of 30°C (86°F), in the west, there is an arid climate ([[Brauner Climate Classification|BSk), with little rainfall and cool-temperatures all year-round. In the central regions, it is a transitional zone of a warm-summer climate ([[Brauner Climate Classification|Csb), with temperatures reaching an upwards of 25°C (77°F), while in all climates temperatures regularly dip below 5°C (41°F) in the winter. The panhandle is a mostly temperate forest within the Majoccan temperate zone, which extends from Gredes, straddling the border all the way to Arabat.
Wildlife in the Grassenoir panhandle includes many felines such as: The Majoccan lynx, Grasse Genet, as well as a large population of domesticated felines largely concentrated near Gredes. Many caniforms including 2 species of bears (Brown and Ecrosian) and Wolves, Aviators like the Golden Eagle and Common blackbird as well as many species of reptiles, found throughout the panhandle like Lizards, Geckos and various species of snakes. The most common species of trees include the Common Oak, Spruces and Olive trees.

The Grassenoir panhandle includes 2 regions, that contain 6 counties. The 2024 census recorded the total population in the area as a little over 110,000 inhabitants, representing 22% of Grassenoir's total population. 68% of people in the panhandle are concentrated in the city of Gredes. As of 2025, the number of settlements in the panhandle that have a population of at least 1,000 people has grown to seven.

Air transportation
Marhaba Airlines, the national aircarrier of Majocco services Gredes, Istres and Vanves. The largest airport in the region is the Gredes Regional Airport, hosting domestic flights to Majorca, Arabat and Khasit, as well as an international flight to Audrecelles, serving as a hub for the entire region regarding air transit. Istres Community Airfield serves as a smaller regional hub for central regions, serving only Gredes and Istres.
