Andrés Maximiliano Santamaría y Juárez (11 April 1836 – 2 January 1901) was a Creeperian politician, lawyer, and soldier who was known for his role in organizing the 1887 Creeperian referendum. He was assassinated on 2 January 1901, three days before the 1901 Creeperian general election in which he was seeking election to the National Parliament.
