Moulay Ahmed Mohamed (born 18 July 1969), often referred to by his initials MAJ, is a Majoccan politician who holds the position of President of Majocco since 2012. Before assuming the presidency, Moulay served as Governor of Arabat from 1995 to 2012 during President Tatouri Nour's administration.

Born in Arabat, Moulay Ahmed pursued his education in economics and finance at the The University of Majorca and Majocco, where he later obtained a master's degree in the same major. Beginning his career as a senior civil servant at the Reserve Bank of Majocco, Moulay joined the working team of Arabat's provincial government. Taking advantage of his established presence in local politics, Moulay ran for Darbonnay governor, securing the seat.

Moulay Ahmed was a "Liberal" Muslim who served as the governor of Arabat, a region in Majocco that had a long history of colonialism and revolution. He followed the ideology of Centrist Capitalism, which aimed to combine the economic freedom of liberalism with the social stability of conservatism. He supported policies that respected individual rights and promoted economic growth, such as reducing taxes, encouraging foreign investment, and strengthening the rule of law. He also preserved the traditional values and culture of his people, such as protecting their religious freedom, promoting their education, and celebrating their heritage. He once said, "We are proud of our identity, but we are not closed to the world. We are open to learning from others and sharing our wisdom with them." Moulay Ahmed was a champion of multiculturalism, as he welcomed diversity and dialogue among different religious and ethnic groups in Ecros. He believed that coexistence and cooperation were the keys to peace and prosperity in the region. He initiated several projects to foster mutual understanding and respect, such as building interfaith centers, organizing cultural festivals, and sponsoring exchange programs. He also established diplomatic relations with neighboring countries (Mainly Montesayette) and sought to resolve disputes peacefully. He was widely admired for his vision and leadership, both at home and abroad.

He emerged as a popular figure after President Tatouri Nour's term ended, challenging the Centrist Party's dominance. His campaign focused on climate action and civic liberalism, appealing to the public's desire for change. He also had a bold vision for Majocco's role in the world, proposing to invest heavily in the renewable, aerospace, and enviromental sectors. He argued that these sectors would not only boost Majocco's economy and economic security, but also help reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and dependence on fossil fuels. He used the slogan "To have everything, Is To be everything." to convey his confidence in Majocco's potential and his dedication to tackling climate change. After a long and competitive negotiation process, Moulay became the 53rd President on July 25, 2023. He faced many challenges and opportunities as he sought to implement his ambitious agenda.
